These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the TCG Home Referral Program (“Referral Program”) offered by TCG Vault GmbH (“TCG Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Referral Program, you (“Referrer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Referral Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for participation in the Referral Program, you must be a natural person, at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence, and have a valid account on https://app.tcg-home.com.

1.2. You must be an existing customer of TCG Home to participate in the Referral Program.

2. Referral Program Details

2.1. The Referral Program allows eligible users to refer new users to sign up and join TCG Home.

2.2. To participate, the Referrer must refer new users (“Referred Users”) through the unique referral link provided on the www.tcg-home.com/referral site.

2.3. Referred Users must meet the following criteria: a) Be new users who have never signed up or created an account with TCG Home before. b) Successfully sign up for a new TCG Home account through the Referrer’s unique referral link. c) Add at least one card to their TCG Home account.

3. Referral Incentives

3.1. The Referrer with the most successful referrals within a specified time frame, as communicated on the www.tcg-home.com/referral site, will be eligible to receive prizes or rewards determined by TCG Home.

3.2. The details of the prizes, rewards, and the time frame of the Referral Program will be clearly communicated on the www.tcg-home.com/referral site. TCG Home reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program or the incentives offered at any time without prior notice.

4. General Terms

4.1. Fraudulent or dishonest activities, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to refer oneself, using spam or automated means to refer users, or any other form of abuse, will result in immediate disqualification from the Referral Program. TCG Home reserves the right to take appropriate action against any such activities.

4.2. TCG Home reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities related to the Referral Program and take appropriate measures, including but not limited to withholding or canceling rewards and/or closing accounts.

4.3. The Referrer must not engage in any form of false or misleading advertising or representation when promoting the Referral Program.

4.4. TCG Home is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or errors that may affect the participation in the Referral Program or the delivery of referral incentives.

4.5. Participation in the Referral Program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the Referrer and TCG Home.

4.6. By participating in the Referral Program, you grant TCG Home the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Referral Program.

5. Privacy

5.1. The collection and use of personal information during the Referral Program will be governed by TCG Home’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.tcg-home.com/privacy-policy.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These Terms and the Referral Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

By participating in the TCG Home Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program. TCG Home reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the www.tcg-home.com website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure compliance.
